On one hand, it's a $450 car with a semi-major but probably fixable issue.

On the other, getting it means you'll be known for having spent money on a Chrysler Cirrus. That shit goes on your permanent record, man. Women who are interested will google image search you and you and this car will be the first thing they see. No second chances to make a first impression, dude. No two ways about this; getting a Cirrus will alter the course of your life in presently unforeseeable, and unpleasent ways...

On the other, other hand, $450 to throw your future into the universal incinerator is pretty cheap compared to other methods, and doesn't even include jail time. So NP.

Didn't mean to come off as a dick there - just thought you should know. It's probably a hunting rifle with a scope as opposed to a purpose-built sniper rifle like an M40 or something.
